PWC Licence

Overview:

To get a PWC licence in NSW, otherwise known as a Jet-Ski Licence, you will need to demonstrate practical experience and pass the Theory Knowledge test for both the Boat and PWC. This course will cover the practical component, theory component of boat and PWC, the knowledge test for both Boat and PWC all on the very same day. Once you finish this course you will qualify for a NSW Personal Water Craft (PWC) Licence.

Certification:

You will be able to operate both boat and personal water crafts with this licence. Take the paperwork we give you at the end of your course to Service NSW and you can get a Personal Water Craft licence on the spot. You will now be able to drive any recreational vessel or Jet-Ski in NSW. You can also use your NSW issued licence to operate recreational vessels in other states and territories, in the same way you can use your drivers licence in other states and territories.

Learning Outcomes:

In the practical component of your course, you will learn the basics of safety on a vessel, how to operate a vessel and the parts of a boat. Our trainers will go through a series of tasks with you that include slow speed manoeuvres, Man Overboard (MOB) simulations, high speed manoeuvres and group activities such as beaching, anchoring and mooring a vessel.
