Overview:
Complete your firearms licence course training with our approved FSTC officer. Once complete you can then go to the Silverdale Rifle Range to shoot a varying range of firearms as a try-shooter. Firearms to try include .223, .308 & Shot Gun. Max 2 persons per class for an in-depth and personal experience. $650 for 1 person. $500 each for 2 persons.
Certification:
To get a firearms licence in NSW, you will need to complete a firearms course with an approved provider. You will also need a genuine reason to acquire a firearms licence. Once you complete this course, you can apply directly with NSW Police Firearms Registry to get a firearms liecence.
You can complete the theory course and exam in person with our trainer or online at your time using the Firearms Safety Training Council (FSTC) website. Once you complete the online component, you can join our trainer for the practical component of your course.

The practical component will ensure you are aware and safe around a firearm. We will cover making firearms safe, decommission, discharge round, how to load ammunition and more! Please note: The practical component is completed separately from the try shooter program at Silverdale rifle range and does not include the use of any live rounds in the course.
